We all know that "when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade"!
A recent article in The Seattle Times highlights fresh ways to focus on health and fitness
during this unprecedented time of Covid-19
It encourages us to create opportunities for exercise and meal prep that didn't exist previously.
More time at home gives us the chance to partner with family and roommates to create new dishes with favorite ingredients from the pantry, the freezer and fresh from the garden.
Additionally the article points out that in some ways our ability to communicate with our healthcare providers has been enhanced by the rise of tele-heath platforms.
So while the adjustments we've had to make were generally not of our choosing, we can find benefits amidst the many hardships.
